Life is hectic! Things are BUSY! ...and it's important to remember to take a little bit of time to keep ourselves centered and take care of ourselves. Members of Networks' Wholistic Practices Team will be at Northumberland Co. Behavioral Health Intellectual Disability Services to offer time to take a breath & experience various bodywork modalities (which may include reiki, reflexology, massage, meditation, and more).
