Collection Of Your Personal Information:
Networks may collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your geographic region, role, or organizational affiliation.
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products / services. These may include: registering for Networks’ Online University; joining the Networks’ Mailing List; registering for an account; signing up for trainings, special offers, etc.; sending us an email message; submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering / purchasing products and services. NOTE: credit card payments are taken through Paypal or Stripe, and are subject to their privacy policies. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to the services and / or products you have requested from us.
If you provide a phone number, you are consenting to be contacted via phone or text at that number. You can decline any text messages by simply replying STOP. You can start messaging with us again by texting START. We DO NOT share your phone number with others, unless to a specific staff member if needed to complete your request.
Use Of Your Personal Information:
Networks collects and users your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.
Networks may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Networks’ and its affiliates. Networks does not currently use SMS as a means of marketing our events unless you specifically request a staff person send this information to you in this manner. This request only applies to that conversation, and not to marketing of future events unless specifically requested by you. You may stop this at any time by replying STOP.
Sharing Information With Third Parties:
Networks does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Networks may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external partners about a particular offering / event that may be of interest to you from these parties, but does not provide your information to them. The exception is if you register for a third party’s event through Networks, they will receive personal information necessary for scheduling, executing, and giving credit for these events. Your payment information is NEVER shared. All third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to you, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Other information, such as the organization you work for, your organizational role, the type of service you provide, etc. may be shared with third party partners / funders who require summaries of who has attended events / used services funded through them. This information is presented anonymously, merged with that of other customers, in an effort to determine how well received a product / service is, verify attendance, and tracking of course completion information for customers as they request it.
