Biography
Nikita Arnett-Orr is a proud alumna of Penn State Abington, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Social Sciences with a minor in Sociology. She’s had a variety of experiences in nonprofits including research, advocacy, and crisis services. Originally brought on to work on transition-related projects at Networks, Nikita has expanded her role to include strategic planning, organizational development, audio and video editing, and employment training. Nikita thoroughly enjoys getting to know individuals and empowering them to achieve their goals, helping to set them and their organizations up for success.
Additional Information
In her spare time, Nikita enjoys all things food-related: learning new recipes, reading food blogs and trying out new restaurants in Philadelphia. If you tried a new ingredient or cooking technique, let her know because she is always eager to learn (and eat) something new! She also enjoys going to museums, learning about other cultures and being active in her community.
