Joe Murphy 0:11 Welcome to Networks for Training and Development's Employment For All podcast. I'm your host, Joe Murphy. This podcast is dedicated to real work and real pay for all citizens. Today is March 18 2020. And today's podcast is in response to the Covid-19 outbreak and supporting those who we support to work. Chris Florence 0:34 Good afternoon, everyone. Just want to make certain before we proceed further that everyone can hear me. My name is Chris Florence and I'm from Philadelphia, Department of Behavioral Health IDS. And I am the lead person for the employment forum and we're so happy that you've joined us. We thank you for doing so, and we are under the assumption that you have all been joining webinars on Covid-19, and are watching news briefs as - as we are. And we are hoping that during this webinar, we'll be able to share some positive ideals and suggestions and current practices that are working, as we support people on the job and support our colleagues during this time. We encourage positivity in with this particular discussion and not negativity during this time, but do understand that there is a level of uncertainty and concern. So we would like to open up - Theresia Kody, who is a member of Networks for Training's team, and she is going to be like our facilitator for discussion. And she will then in turn, show us how we're going to navigate this discussion this afternoon. Theresia Kody 1:56 Thank you, Chris. Hi, everyone. As Chris said, I am Theresia Kody with Networks for Training and Development. Firstly, we're going to take a moment to breathe. Take a minute to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. do that a couple of times. Theresia Kody 2:18 We at Networks, with IDS' support recognize the need with the employment provider community. We have put together a short document that you can find on www.philaonthejob.org You will go to this website and under featured links, you will click Covid-19 and employment supports. From here it will show as a download. You will click this and it will open. There are three sections, three pages. First is a brief summary of the status of Pennsylvania and Philadelphia County. The second page are some suggestions that we are sharing for supported individuals working at essential businesses, for supported individuals working at non-essential businesses, and for employment support professionals, as well as for job seekers. On the last page, there is information regarding PA Office of Developmental Program provider support information related to Covid-19, as well as how people can receive supports, and notify ODP if someone tests presumptively positive, or is suspected to have Covid-19. Theresia Kody 3:33 Now we will open up the conversation to share how you and your teams are positively responding to the needs of those you support in employment. We will be notetaking throughout this recorded webinar, so we can share through social media, philaonthejob website, and other avenues, potential solutions for people. Does anyone have specific solutions that they would like to share or how are they - how they are maneuvering during this time? Suzanne Erb 4:04 Hi, everybody, this is Suzanne Erb calling. I'd just like to mention a few things that you may want to consider to help people. There are some apps. Yes, of course, I will find a technological solution to something. And that doesn't negate any of the seriousness of this because this is really very serious. But there - [sound of screen reader in background] there are some apps that might be very helpful for you. And for for people who support various people. Don't forget about timeshare solutions, there may be some timeshare kinds of things that - that can be done to assist people. I think we're going to have to use as many things beyond systems as possible because systems are going to be overloaded. And something that is - that I would encourage people to listen to - I don't know if it's up yet, but Joyce Bender from Bender Consulting hosts a show called "Disability Matters". And if you ask your speaker of choice, whether it's Alexa or Siri or whoever, or if you go into a major podcast thing, you can find it. It's called Disability Matters. And she had some special guests on the show yesterday, talking about the virus, the Coronavirus from the point of view of people with disabilities, and special precautions that people with disabilities can take, I've noticed for myself from walking around the city, that sometimes people have been extremely helpful. And sometimes I've experienced the opposite. I would encourage everybody to find phone trees for people who are shut in. There are numerous phone trees running around. And it also might be a good idea for some of you who have - who are working with people who are homebound who might sort of not know what to do with themselves, that they might be interested in participating in some phone trees. To just sort of talk to other people and encourage them. This is something that's sort of going around all over the country. And it's very interesting to find all of these communities sort of springing up. And I've been, I've been monitoring the situation a lot among not only people with disabilities, communities, but other communities as well. And amidst all of the stuff that's going on, I think we can all be encouraged by the number of these online communities that are springing up. So I would advise everybody to take advantage of these as much as possible. Theresia Kody 7:54 Thank you Suzanne. Next we have Allie from KenCrest. Allison Smale 8:02 Hi, everybody. Um, thanks to the group that got this call together. I think it's much needed at this point in time. I know that there has been a lot of communication from ODP, however, and please do correct me if I'm wrong, I've yet to really see specific guidance in terms of employment related supports or in terms of community habilitation. So that's why I think that this type of brainstorming and information sharing is particularly useful. I wanted to bring up a couple things that that we've been either doing or consider doing and see if anybody would like to provide some feedback or some input. Starting last week, quite a few of the individuals who we support - and we support people throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, and we're centered right in Montgomery County, which was pretty much the first county to shut down - a but a lot of people were sent home from their work, their work closed, or they were mandated by their supervisor to not work. So we - we definitely wanted to pursue keeping in touch with the individuals that - that we had supported on the job site. We have begun to check in via phone. Our plan is to bill for that time. We're asking specifically about, you know, have you heard from work? We're asking some work related questions, but a lot of our questions are more about how they are doing, if anyone in their home is not feeling well, if they have supplies and food that they need. Do they have any questions? Those kinds of questions and that kind of support that we're trying to give to others. So I don't know if others are also doing that work, and then the other question that I had was, I know a lot of information about has been coming out on the unemployment compensation that is available to people. Have your programs considered helping individuals who have been mandated to not work? Have you considered assisting them in filling out that application? Theresia Kody 10:20 Thank you, Ali. Does anyone have anything to share in response to Ali? If not, we will move on to Chelsea from spin. Chelsea Lutts 10:34 Good afternoon, everyone. So in reference to Alli's question about helping people apply for unemployment, we have supported a couple people in doing that. And that has been reached out from like their family and their team. So we've been able to spend some time navigating that with them while they're, you know, over the phone. Some of the things we've been doing At the SPIN that have been helpful, we probably have about like 20 to 30 people who are still in essential businesses and who still want to work. So we've been trying to provide support where we can or some follow along from employment specialists, managers, in person and then phone. So that has been helpful. And then we're also taking the opportunity to do some job development, and really hone in on community mapping, customized strategies and discovery and doing some development with people on the phone or in their home, where we can. I think one question we do have is, how do we support people to, you know, honor their choices and and honor what they want to do but also balancing the health and safety of all of this if, you know, they work in a very crowded environment or they have health issues like how do we support someone and honor their choice at the same time Theresia Kody 12:00 Thank you so much Chelsea. Theresia Kody for S. Riley 12:02 We have in the comment box from S. Riley - "As a Support Coordinator in Philadelphia, we are trying to make weekly phone wellness checks with all of our consumers. I have increased the frequency of my monitors being done through the phone to be able to ensure a comprehensive communication with my consumers on the PFDS and Community Living Waiver. I am also providing all of my consumers and their families with follow up emails of our discussions for their reference including links to that email to the CDC website, State of Pennsylvania website and Governor Tom Wolf's website so that they have reliable sources to reference. I have also encouraged that each consumer talk with their family / household about a plan for all members of their household so that common practices of hygiene safety precautions can be done for the benefits of all members," Theresia Kody for C. Beck 13:04 C. Beck in the comment box also shared, I asked OVR at the local office about assisting with the application. Theresia Kody for Allison S. 13:14 Allison S has asked the question, if the individual was just hired and has only worked three weeks, would they even qualify for unemployment benefits? Theresia Kody 13:28 So, Alison, what you want to do is to check into uc.pa.gov. As there are certain eligibility requirements with Covid-19. Kris Rhood 13:46 They have directed us to have our consumers reach out to their VR counselor, or UC office.there's someone on the phone there's a couple - couple of pound signs pound pound pound for a caller. Yeah, this is Chris. Theresia Kody 14:08 Hi, Chris. Kris Rhood 14:10 Yeah, and one of things I did was a lot of times I work topics. So I normally would post stuff about shows and songs, and what happened on stage and everything I had, I actually posted a couple of pictures of the puppets and comments and stuff like that they would say and everything, you know, pictures of things on the internet - that's what I did? Theresia Kody 14:40 Great. Thank you for sharing. Uh huh. So, okay. So a question has come through regarding - It was a private message, "As many may not have a VR counselor at this time, they would suggest that a consumer could work with their job coach on contacting unemployment or filling out the application. Job coaches, or any employment support staff are able to support in that effort. A key component to know is that on a recent webinar that Kristin Ahrens did in relation to community participation supports, they shared the encouragement to continue to go through the ISP amendment process as normal for now. Keep clear documentation and they will be coming out with guidance on any possible changes to the ISP during this time." Theresia Kody for Allison S. 15:49 Allison s in the chat box has shared "all VR counselors are working remotely and are not as accessible as most of the youth we support don't have have access to Wi Fi, phones, emails. Any suggestions on how to get through to UC or VR if everything is online and not in the office?" Theresia Kody 16:12 So one suggestion in terms of access to Wi Fi would be for a phone call to a job coach that they're working with. In regards to not having access to a phone, does anyone on the call has suggestions right now? Jessicas Stover 16:39 And this is Jess from Networks. I'm in the background here. No muting, every - muting. unmuting folks, monitoring the hands. I just wanted to bring us back to Kelsey lots. Kelsey, you had a question about how to support people in making their individual decisions about what they feel comfortable doing to work or not work, etc. So I just I didn't want us to forget that question that you had. And I'll just jump in, even though I was going to, you know, there is that component of, you know, everyone has that choice that that kind of right to risk. Now, I know this is an elevated situation, but it's almost in that direction of, you know, having people, you know, - encouraging supported decision making, giving people the facts, the information they need, and then, you know, supporting them to make those decisions. But I didn't want us to forget about your question. Theresia Kody 17:35 Thank you Jess. G. Weber, did you you have your hand raised? G. Weber 17:42 Yes. I just wanted to say in connection with the question about if there was any internet suggestions, and although I haven't, you know, if somebody's low income, although I haven't actually made the connection. I heard that there is the government $10 or $11 a month, if you can prove that you have lower income that people that don't have internet can get internet and I think Comcast may even be doing two months free, but I think there are some services out there for helping people get internet connection during this time. Theresia Kody 18:26 Yes, I think that sounds familiar. Thank you for sharing and also to in terms of utility support. We are sharing through philonthejob social media, various resources. And one of which came up this morning in regards to Community Legal Services of Philadelphia that people due to Covid-19 crisis may qualify for discounted utility bills, through in enrollment in a Utility Customer Assistance Program. The utility will require to provide proof of income for the past 30 days, and may be required to provide a letter from your employer or other records that prove your loss of income. And there are links on that website. Again, that's Community Legal Services of Philadelphia. Joe Murphy 19:20 This is this is Joe. Yeah, Xfinity is offering two free months of free internet. For anybody for low for low income households. It's not high speed, but that's what they're offering through this Covid-19 to help people get by. Theresia Kody 19:38 Suzanne, you have your hand raised. Unknown Speaker 19:42 Okay, yes, now I'm unmuted. Yes, I wanted to get back to the point that Jess made. And i think that you know, this is really an elevated risk and we are asked not to do things and so even though yeah, you know, people do make choices, I think that this is really one situation where we can encourage people to make a choice that's in their own best health and safety and maybe what we have to do is be really graphic and explain to them, you know, what- -what things are like, and you know. And really do it in a graphic way showing pictures showing you know, bringing things to levels that people will understand. Because people are having enough trouble understanding anyhow. And so, you know, in terms of, of trying to help people and being respectful of their of their choices, certainly But making sure that they really do understand the, the risks of, of being in - in certain kinds of situations. You know, making sure that their choices are really informed is - is really important, I think. Suzanne Erb 21:19 At Speaking for Ourselves, I'm thinking about encouraging and asking if people would like to have just sort of an open meeting for self advocates to talk about their concerns, and and ask questions, and have an opportunity to share. And if if we can get this together, I will certainly let Theresia know and she will make sure to send out the information. But a couple of us are thinking that this might be a good opportunity for self advocates to get together and talk. Theresia Kody 22:11 Thank you, Suzanne. Chris Florence, you have your hand raised? Chris Florence 22:17 Yeah, I just - I put my comments in, in the chat column regarding Xfinity or Comcast offering free internet for as Joe mentioned, for the next couple months. However, one thing I just wanted to include is that they're increasing the speed from 20mbps to 25mbps. So as Joe said, it's not high speed internet, but they have increased it during this Covid-19. And that's, that's what they announced at the news briefing here in Philadelphia today. Theresia Kody 22:57 Thank you so much, Chris. That's very helpful. Alli, I see you have your hand race. Allison Smale 23:06 Hi, I'm in. I'm in response to the need for, you know, informed choice, Um, I wanted to let the group know that if they went to selfadvocacyinfo.org This group has put out an eight page resource that's done in plain language and with visuals that might be an assist to staff who are working with people. I mean, it's - it's actually very helpful information for anyone. But it might particularly be useful for individuals who would rely on plain language to have a better understanding of the situation. I just wanted to be I can, I can write the website into the chat box if that's helpful, but I think that the group might be able to utilize that Suzanne Erb 24:00 Could you please say it as well? Allison Smale 24:03 Yes, it is selfadvocacyinfo.org. Theresia Kody 24:11 And also to just to remind everyone, we are taking notes throughout this call. It's being recorded. And anything, any suggestions, sharing that is done, we will be putting out through philaonthejob. So definitely stay tuned on philaonthejob.org - www.philaonthejob.org. Michelle Sparling 24:43 Hi, this is Michelle with a question to everyone. I know that we're spending a lot of time that is very, very much needed in all of the people we support. But I'm really curious to hear and I think that it would be helpful for all of us to share - What are you doing for yourself to take care of yourself right now? Because you are responsible for a lot of things, you have a lot on your plate right now, we all do. But we need to take care of ourselves. So maybe we could spend a few moments sharing what each of us is doing. Just to do that self care, beyond the hand washing, what are you personally doing? We know what we're all doing to keep ourselves safe in regards to the virus but mentally and physically - whatever that might be. If it's exercise, or whatever it is to help you to get through this. What are you all doing for that? Joe Murphy 25:39 So this is Joe, Joe Murphy. For those who don't know me, no, I am Irish. And yes, they've been St. Patty's Day was a little weird, not going out and celebrating. But I actually saw Al - Allie posted the same thing on Facebook, but I'm talking about, there was a bunch of livestream concerts online. So one of my bands I see all the time Jameson Solid Rock click played from like five to six, five to eight. Dropkick Murphys are often seven to nine-ish. So while I could go out and see live music and have a pint, I was able to listen to it with my family - actually sat around playing cards listening, listening to the music. First time we've done that a long time. Theresia Kody 26:21 Allie, you have your hand raised? Allison Smale 26:23 Um, Joe and I did we we connected over Facebook that we were both listening to similar concerts last night, which was fun. So I'm taking full advantage of the performing arts that are currently being streamed live that that typically I'm not able to see. The Metropolitan Opera, for instance, is streaming live. There have been a number of live performances that have been put up for people to view for free, which is fantastic. And then the other thing that I'm doing is I'm setting up Skype lunches whenever possible. along the lines of what Theresia Kody 27:03 Allie we can't hear you. Allison Smale 27:07 ...just enjoy some time although remotely with friends. Theresia Kody for Norma 27:16 Thank you and in the chat Norma shares drinking lots more water, probiotics and I don't want to mess up how to say that - Echinacea Michelle Sparling 27:34 Echinacea Theresia Kody for Norma 27:35 and golden seal extract blend vitamin C and cleaning surfaces more often. Theresia Kody 27:44 Kris Rhood, you have your hand raised? Kris Rhood 27:48 Talking to people over the phone and lots of YouTube. And was thinking about maybe would be cool to go in there and just go on to all the Disney things on YouTube, all the rides and stuff you just take like a virtual vacation. Theresia Kody 28:07 That sounds great. Nikita Arnett 28:13 Hey Nikita here from Networks. Um, so I like to be inside, you know, on my own terms. So this is kind of tough, not being able to go outside and like, shop and live normally. I'm also a pretty social person, so just a lot. But I've definitely like contacted like my therapists office and they're like, are you guys gonna move to telehealth because this is really doing a doozy on a lot of people like anxiety through the roof. So that's part of my self care routine is getting in touch with my therapist via the phone or via FaceTime and being like, What do I do? Theresia Kody 29:01 Yes, that's so important. Thank you for sharing Nikita. Theresia Kody for Virginia 29:05 And Virginia in chat shares "been binge watching Friday Night Lights; working from home at this time." Theresia Kody 29:14 Suzanne, you have your hand raised? Suzanne Erb 29:17 Yep. I,I've been doing a lot of, of telephone calls, not only with friends, but also just people that I know who are acquaintances, but who may not have the same kind of support. And one of the things that - that I've been doing, I've been really spending a lot of time monitoring, monitoring News. I'm a news junkie and I kind of Feel like well, you know, since I can't see I've gotta, I've gotta figure out what's going on and keep track of everything that's going on. And so I've been doing that. I've also been discovering all kinds of, of ways to get things online that are not as easy to you know, when you can't go shopping - and, and for me going shopping is always tricky at best - but right now, it's gotten even more so. And so I have been discovering, actually new- new products and, and I've also been discovering that there are things that I need, like eggs that I haven't, sometimes I haven't been able to get ahold of and you know that - that's a little bit a little bit problematic. I've been doing a lot of my work online and that includes holding meetings of lots of people online and still getting as much done as I normally would. And in some cases, I think I'm even getting more done. And I've been trying to trying to get out and walk a little bit each day. And that's really not easy. Because Center City is very different right now. It's, it's very quiet. There are plenty of cars going by, but not as many people on the streets. It's very eerie feeling, I think. But I've also been listening to music you know streaming music and everything. And, and I'm actually toying with the idea of - of streaming some music myself and doing a little bit more work online and maybe doing a little bit of music streaming and and maybe even doing you know, some kind of online streaming stuff that's me. Maybe it'll be recorded, but it'll be it'll be out there someday. I keep saying that. And maybe now will be the time that I do it. Theresia Kody 32:48 Thank you for sharing Suzanne. Yes, it's definitely an eerie feeling out when you're out and about. Theresia for Adam S 32:55 Adam S. in chat shares, Netflix, Disney +, and painting ceramics Theresia Kody 33:01 Yes, I've I've been thinking Disney plus they came out at a pretty clutch time. Theresia for Joshua 33:06 Joshua shares in the chat, lots of video chatting with friends going to start hiking and just enjoying the outdoors, while not being around many people also Disney + To any - anyone on the line with kids aged two to seven, I did want to share that Other Goose, which is a homeschooling plan for those with kids age two to seven. They're offering their services free for the next three weeks. So it just might be something that you want to look into again, that's Other Goose O T H E R Goose. And something else that I've been seeing is educators banding together and offering homework support. They're putting their credentials out there. So if you're friends with any teachers, see if they've been sharing anything and if you have kids within the age range and need that additional support or have questions, and I just wanted to be sure to share that with all of you all. Anyone else want to share how they're practicing self care now? I've also been seeing various yoga studios. Their instructors are going live and then posting videos to continue to support those who practice yoga. Michelle Sparling 34:38 This is Michelle Sparling. Again. I have a different question to ask Grabbing back to some of the people that we're working with, and I know it Networks, the work that we're doing has shifted somewhat. We're already a virtual organization. So doing work remotely is common for us and it's a normal thing we do but just Like all of you on the call, our life is turned upside down as well. So we're you know, of course not doing meetings in the same capacities and all. But there's plenty of work we can do and are doing. And we're kind of shifting our thinking and looking at this as positively as we can and things that maybe have been on the back burner for us, because we've been doing other things that now we can't do. We're saying, Okay, let's focus on that. So I'm wondering with the last bit of time that we have left, if we could have a discussion about What are those things that you've wanted to do? Maybe it relates to discovery around someone and you can bill for it - I think Chelsea, you mentioned that. Or maybe it's something else. I don't know what it might be, but maybe we can just chat about that for a little bit. What are you doing to be productive and still getting - get things done during this time and feel like you're getting meaningful things done. Theresia Kody 35:56 Vanessa, you have your hand raised? Vanessa 36:00 Yes. Hi, everyone. My statement is not quite in response to what you just mentioned, Michelle, however, getting back to the Comcast Internet Essentials package or program, I know that I read somewhere I believe on one of the ODP communications that for people low income people who have never opted into one of those packages before that they'll be able to get the internet essentials for free for the next two months. So I don't know if you guys mentioned that or not. I came on the call a little late. But um, yeah, I know I've read that it's going to be free for the next two months for low income individuals who have never participated before. So I just wanted to mention that Theresia Kody 36:51 Yeah, thank you for sharing Vanessa. Vanessa 36:54 You're welcome. Theresia for Keplana (?) 36:57 Keplana(?) to in the chat shares. I have really enjoyed taking the time in isolation to practicing interpretive dancing. I've also been practicing singing. I have a lovely audience of cats who have refrained from giving me feedback. Theresia Kody 37:14 Kris Rhood you have your hand raised. Preparation. Kris Rhood 37:19 It's preparation - I've done a little crafting and stuff for in preparation for going on stage again. And I actually did - and I actually am going to - I actually did reach out for somebody that wanted something - that wanted people to be in an event in October. Theresia Kody 37:43 That's terrific. Chris. Yes, many people are planning ahead and, and seeing what they can do now. To prepare and be organized as Michelle referenced. What can you do now? That maybe you were rushing through beforehand. Is anyone supporting someone right now and maybe having that time - Chelsea mentioned from SPIN, being able to support people with that with community mapping and job development. On the screen for anyone who is joined through phone, I just recently am showing the document that is able to be downloaded through the philaonthejob.org website. Michelle Sparling 38:31 This is Michelle from networks again. I'm wondering also if there are any questions that anyone has that they want to raise. We had said at the beginning of this call that our goal was not to really disseminate information because you have plenty of webinars that are doing that. But to share little bits of information and just to share with each other. So if you have any questions that you want to pose to the group, or even if it's a question that we don't have the answers to, we can certainly do some research and try to follow up. Vanessa 39:06 Has anyone been in contact with any of the employers at the business district? Have you had any good follow up there during this time? And what are they saying? If anything? Michelle Sparling 39:22 This is Michelle again. Are they even open? My guess is they're not open. But does anyone have information on that? Theresia Kody 39:31 Ali has raised her hand, Ali. Allison Smale 39:37 I Yeah. Um, so - I don't know there specifically, but my guess is that they are closed. I know I've checked in with a number of our business partners, really just as a check in to see how they're doing. Also to try and determine if anyone in those work environments are set, you know, have a presumptive positive or maybe self quarantining because they've had contact. So I was just trying to get a handle on where our business partners are and try and kind of extend a hand if they needed anything. It does seem that by and large, most of our business partners are either closing or keeping their doors open because they're considered an essential business. But very few are looking at adding employees right now. I do know that a number of the larger supermarket chains are looking at temporary and part time work. Again, this isn't exactly you know, high level, you know, job development for people but if we had folks that really wanted to work during this time, and we're seeking employment, that's probably about the only area that I know of that is seeking work. That said, Is it the safest place for our folks to be right now and and requiring an awful lot of direct support that may not always allow for a lot of social distancing? Probably not. Um, but that would probably be the one area where I have found in - in my communication with businesses that they're actively hiring. I don't know if anyone has found anything else. Theresia Kody 41:18 Yes, there are. I did see and again, we're sharing through philaonthejob social media, different areas that are currently hiring as Alli shared within more so the grocery store retail segment between ShopRite, Giant - those sorts - but then I did see an advertisement of salons who are actively seeking now because they're preparing for a boom in business once Covid-19 and isolation has passed. So they are being proactive and leveraging this time to have those virtual interviews to be prepared once this passes. Vanessa 42:04 Right? Yes, of course everything would be, you know, virtual we're not i'm not saying, you know, we're looking at an answer question, you know, because I'm looking to place people in situations and environments. Just wondering, you know, like I said about any follow up during this time as far as who's open in which you guys answered some ofo that. You know - who's open, who's closed. So we know who we can continue to reach out to, you know, ahead of time. If they're closed we'll need to go that route. But you know, just wondering how that all was going. And our guy that came to the meeting, the young man, James from the AMC movie theater, are - now I know, there's no social distancing there - sitting in a movie theater. But does anyone know whether or not the movies are shut down? I mean, they should be - makes sense that they would be, but I'm just wondering, does anyone know that for a fact. Theresia Kody 42:55 AMC made an announcement that I saw circulating that they have closed. Specific to the Fashion District AMC - I did not see anything specific there. But I believe that the Fashion District has closed because other stores within there has been posting about closing - even those that had after hours access including REC Philly. So based on that national AMC response I'm assuming that the Fashion District one is closed. Movie Tavern is also closed according to ollie in the chat box. Vanessa 43:38 Okay, Theresia Kody 43:39 Because I mean anything that is deemed non essential business is required to close. So in Pennsylvania casinos are now all closed. Really pretty much unless you are providing Vanessa 44:00 essential services, Yeah. Theresia Kody 44:03 On the document that is on fill on the job. I have the entire list there to include some other supports so that it's in one area and this was updated as of yesterday. Vanessa 44:18 Okay, thank you. Theresia Kody 44:20 You're welcome. Would it be helpful to have a call like this weekly or bi weekly where people can come together and share what they are doing to support those they serve as well as supporting themselves during this time? Suzanne Erb 44:45 Hi, it's Suzanne, I think -I think it would be just because things are constantly changing and it might be good to be able to support not only the people that we all support, but also support each other and might be - might be helpful. Theresia Kody for Allison S. 45:11 Holly in chat box shared I think weekly is a great idea can be short but a good way to assist in connecting. Theresia Kody 45:23 Does it seem like three o'clock on Wednesdays may work for people? if you want to just write it in the chat box or raise your hand Theresia checking Chat Box 45:38 Alli says in the chat box works for her. Chelsea too. Theresia Kody 45:46 Okay, so it looks like Wednesday at three o'clock work so if we set up another one for next Wednesday at three o'clock we will put it out through philaonthejob social media and Networks will send out an email if you're not already on our Networks for Training and Development email distribution lists, please go to our website and join our distribution list so you can stay updated. That website is www.networksfortraining.org. Suzanne, you have your hand raised? Okay, so we will see how we can share out this information even more with everyone. Does anyone have any last minute questions or comments as we near the four o'clock hour? Okay, just another reminder, you can go to philaonthejob.org under featured links. You can click Covid-19 and employment supports, and we will have a growing list of suggestions and support ports that are shared between Networks for Training and philaonthejob. Thank you everyone for your time today. Stay well. Jessicas Stover 47:12 Thank you for listening. We hope the information provided was helpful.
